About Us

My name is Rian Seipler, and I have recently retired after 40 years as an executive in the retail industry. Throughout my career I have attended dozens of training classes, read many Christian and secular leadership books, attended countless leadership seminars and lectures, was a designated mentor to future leaders and served on executive leadership committees. Throughout my career, I have intentionally studied leadership and communications determined to excel in both as I find these skills and the lack of these skills fascinating. I have watched executives that have very strong leadership and communication abilities and executives that I have wondered how they ever got an executive position, and I have learned from both. But I have also studied what the Bible, what God says about leadership and communicating, and by the way the Bible says a lot, with the best model of leadership being Jesus Christ.

I was ordained as a Southern Baptist Minister in 2003 at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Houston Texas, and currently serve on the Board of Directors of the College of Prayer, a terrific organization based in Atlanta, led by Pastor Fred Hartley whose mission is to ‘make upper room disciples among the nations so that the church experiences genuine revival and becomes a house of prayer for all nations’. I believe my spiritual gift is teaching and speaking as I have a passion for teaching and training Real World Christian Leadership. My mission is the 2nd part of the great commission in Matthew 28:20.

20. Teach them to obey everything that I have told you to do. You can be sure that I will be with you always. I will continue with you until the end of time."

The secular world has dabbled in the leadership model of ‘servant leadership’. This ‘new’ leadership style taught in the business world asks the managers to serve their subordinates as a way of managing their organization. First, this model was perfected by Christ when he visited the world 2000 years ago and secondly unless you understand the principles of Christ’s leadership you can’t truly understand servant leadership. Consider that Christ took 12 men, trained and taught them for three years His leadership style, principles, and skills and turned the world upside down. Consider also that none of these men had formal training just a heart to follow Jesus. If you have a heart to follow Jesus then you can learn to be a quality leader using His formula.

I am Jason Seipler, born in Homestead, Florida in 1980, brought up in Christian schools and churches, and accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior at a young age. Graduating from Concordia Lutheran High School in Tomball, TX, in 1998, I attended community college in both Texas and Florida earned two of Associate of Arts degrees before being accepted into the University of Central Florida. I studied psychology, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2006. While working a variety of odd jobs in various fields, including retail loss prevention, data entry, school tutor, and finally security officer, I decided to further my education at Seminole State's Education Preparatory Institute and earned my Florida Teaching Certificate in 2014. After meeting my future wife, in an online gaming environment, I moved to Mountain Home, Idaho, to marry Grazyna Angele Wegner, better known as "Snookie." We now reside in Boise, Idaho, where I currently work as a substitute teacher." I have strong analytical abilities as well as being able to express myself through writing. I want to continue as a teacher, but I am excited to use my psychology degree to be a part of teaching and training Christ’s principles.
